After the March 27 update, some accounts experienced abnormal behavior with the interaction content. The issues are related to the newly added toolbar with Code Name O Elise and can be resolved through reinstallation of the app.
We plan to fix the underlying issue in a future build, but it may take some time.
In the meantime, please follow these temporary measures:

3. Start by interacting with characters other than Code Name O Elise.
