We appreciate your understanding, and we would like to normalize the event through the following measures.
We will inform you of the resumption of the 1st anniversary exchange event and follow-up measures.

1. Diamond rewards provided up to 20 times
Diamond rewards will be provided the same as before until the 20th time.
Diamond rewards will not be provided starting from the 21st time.
※ Starting from the 21st time, diamond rewards will be replaced with cooking ingredients (carrots).
2. Retrieval of diamonds from accounts that have received compensation more than 21 times
Diamond rewards acquired from the 21st time will be recovered through an automatic collection system equal to the amount obtained for each time.
※ Currently, there are a total of 118 accounts that have received rewards more than 21 times.
We provide goods fairly to other users without disrupting the game's economic system.
We aim to minimize the inconvenience caused to users by reducing the scope and scope of recall.
We ask for your understanding regarding this decision.
3. Reset reward receipt status within 12 or more rounds
Reward receipt details within the 12th or more rounds will be reset.
Please note that due to a situation where it is impossible to maintain the reward receipt details in the system, the reward receipt details within the round will be collectively initialized.
In relation to this, for accounts that have progressed more than 12 times, if the event is interrupted while receiving some of the diamond rewards within the round, additional diamond rewards for the same round can be obtained by resetting the receipt history, so we are planning to correct this as well.
Please note that we plan to give up to 150 additional diamonds to all accounts depending on their reward status.
Example) 1) If there is no history of diamond reward receipt during the 12th round - 150 diamonds can be obtained from the mailbox
2) If 100 diamonds are received as a reward during the 12th round - 50 diamonds can be obtained from the mailbox
3) If 150 diamonds are received as compensation during the 12th round - no additional diamonds are paid
* You can receive 150 diamonds again by resetting the reward receipt history for the same session.
Changes to compensation for each round as above require data setting, so preliminary work is being prepared.
