Hello. This is Brown Dust 2.
We would like to inform you about the waiting system for joining and creating guilds.
We checked on the guild system after receiving reports of a 24-hour waiting period for joining and creating guilds when rejected to join a guild.
As a result of internal review, it has been confirmed that the waiting period was actually applied due to expulsion from a guild, not refusal to join.
If you are rejected from joining a guild, the waiting period for joining and creating a guild does not apply.
Waiting time is granted only upon withdrawal or expulsion from a guild, and expelled members are restricted from joining or creating a guild within 24 hours.
However, from the applicant's perspective, there is no system to check the history related to rejection or expulsion.
We have identified a situation where people may mistakenly believe that a waiting period has been applied due to refusal to join, even though in reality, the player has been expelled from a guild.
We are considering on adding a system to check guild-related history to avoid additional confusion.
We would like to resolve any confusion by providing accurate information on areas where misunderstandings have occurred in the guild system.
We are regularly checking various opinions from users about the newly updated guild system.
We will review various systems in addition to the areas that are currently problematic, and will strive to provide a better system.
Thank you.
