Strengths and Weaknesses
+Beachside Justice has great damage outside of hypercarry scenarios.
-Beachside Justice's damage falls off in content where she has multiple buffers.
-Queen of Signature's SP debuff is too debilitating without an SP battery.
-Michaela may struggle against DoTs that are applied before any healing effects.

This skill's pattern is decent, and her skill can be spammed, those two factors would typically make any costume great, but this costume has low multipliers with a very high self-buff. This is not very good considering that the self-buff only lasts for 2 turns, meaning it will only ever buff this skill. Self-buffs are great in conjunction with a high multiplier skill, but this skill having a low multiplier means that while her damage will have a high floor, it will fall off in hypercarry scenarios where she has 3-4 allies buffing her.
The 80% life cost might sound like a lot, but since magic teams can use either B-Rank Idol Helena or Medical Club Teresse, this cost is pretty much a non-issue. The exception being cases where she has a DoT applied on her before any regen effects (end of turn effects trigger from oldest to youngest in terms of application).

This costume has the very impactful downside of draining your own SP, but unlike Beachside Justice, this costume has really good multipliers. The issue with this costume is its pattern, being a skip X makes it pretty awkward to use. On top of that, this costume practically requires skill potential 3 in order to be usable, since a 7 turn cooldown is too long.
