Liberta is a Physical Fire Support that buffs your allies' damage against enemies with tons of chains stacked. She synergizes well with chain stackers in end game content, while also being a generically good buffer for physical teams.

Costumes
Liberta currently has 2 costumes. Dark Saintess grants an ATK and a Crit Rate buff, while Onsen Manager is an amplifier costume that works when the enemies have 10 chains applied.

A generically good ATK buff for physical teams, while also giving them consistency in the Crit Rate buff, which is great in content outside of Fiend Hunt.

Damage dealt to a target with 10 or more chains applied increases by 80% for 4 turns. Heal ally HP based off of 15% of their Max HP per turn for 4 turns.

In order to utilize the buff from this skill, you have to be able to apply 10 chains on your enemies. This costume is thus a great DMG buffer for content where you already want to be applying tons of chains, like Fiend Hunt. She synergizes well with chain stackers like Celia and Zenith, as well as chain buffers like Refithea.
The problem is that Liberta herself does not apply chains (although a future costume can help here), so if you can't reach 10 chains, this costume not doing anything. Celia teams typically can reach over 10, but teams without her may struggle.
The healing from this costume while not important is nice to have, especially for physical teams where you're replacing Teresse with Liberta.
Liberta needs Skill Potential 3 to have full uptime on her buffs. As a buffer, it's important to get her to +5.
Key Upgrades: +5, Skill Potential +1 and 3.
Building Liberta
It's not important to build Liberta, but her tanky stats make her great at being a damage sponge for the team. Keep in mind that her healing scales off ally HP, so crit rate is more important if you want her to heal well.

Dark Rosarium
Exclusive Stat — 54% HP
Correct Main Stats — CDMG + HP%
This accessory is nice for Liberta's survivability, but is not important. It's also a bummer that this necklace has a CDMG main stat, when a CR main stat would've been great for her healing's consistency.
