There are 2 methods you can use to claim redemption codes. The first one is by the in-game section from Paimon Menu > Settings > Account > Redeem Code. But some players (Mostly iOS), may not have this option on their device, so they can opt for the second method which is by the official Genshin Impact redemption website here.
